Having lived in the heart of England all of her life, Carole is drawn to the sights and sounds of the sea. Contrasting textures of pebbles, seaweed and rock pools provide excellent subject matter; the relentless action of the sea and foam patterns on the sand. Her latest body of work called 'Shoreline Series I' is based on sketches and photographs she has taken whilst visiting a number of places both in the UK and abroad. Enjoy!
'Shoreline Series II' will be work based on Carole's trip to the Scily's in October and then 'Series III' will be from her travels in Australia and New Zealand during the early part of 2009.
