Studio-Gallery of Carole Baker - Open Weekends

My Studio-Gallery overlooks the rolling countryside of Weston Heath in Shropshire. Purpose-built, the large studio is north facing, light and airy. From this incredible space, I create bold, vibrant paintings mostly based on landscape and seascape. It is also where I run intimate painting workshops for groups of up to 6 people.

You are invited to visit the Studio-Gallery of Carole Baker during the many open weekends I have throughout the year and at any other time - all you have to do is arrange a convenient time with me.

Directions:
A5 roundabout with the A41, take the Newport Road A41 and after approximately 1 1/2 miles you will see Corner Farm Antiques Centre on the crossroads with Plough Bank. Start to slow down. Plough House is on the left as you begin to descend the hill.

Coming from Newport on the A41, look out for Bloomsbury Garage and Bloomsbury Nurseries on the left, after the next crossroads Plough House driveway is on the right. Indicate just after the crossroads.

I have a selection of new original paintings for sale, and my Open Studio is the perfect chance to view them in person. Whether you’re a collector, an art lover, or just curious, I’d love to welcome you in to explore my work. Buying directly from my studio means you get a personal insight into each piece and the inspiration behind it.

I’ll be painting at the easel and in between the studio will be open for browsing, purchasing, and conversation. Ask me anything about my work, my process, or specific pieces that catch your eye. This is a great opportunity to acquire original artwork directly from my hands to your home.
